Terms and Conditions for Window Tinting Service

By scheduling a window tinting service, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Our company will provide professional window tinting as per the specifications discussed with the client. The client is responsible for ensuring that the vehicle or property is in a suitable condition for tinting, and all windows to be tinted are free from damage, dirt, or debris. We reserve the right to refuse service if the surface is not appropriate for tinting or if there are any conditions that may compromise the quality of the tinting application. The client acknowledges that tinting may not be perfect due to imperfections in the glass or window surfaces, and minor inconsistencies may occur.

Payment for the tinting service is due upon completion, unless otherwise arranged. Our company will not be held liable for any damage to the vehicle or property during or after the installation of the tint. While we use high-quality materials, we do not guarantee that the tint will be impervious to all environmental conditions, and fading or peeling over time may occur, depending on exposure to sunlight, heat, and other factors. The warranty for our tinting services covers material defects, but does not extend to damage caused by improper care, accidents, or misuse. By accepting our services, the client agrees to these terms and conditions.
